THE NEEDS STUDY SURVEY HAS BEEN RECENTLY CLOSED!

Have you or someone you care about been diagnosed with cancer before the age of 25 and are now off-treatment? This survey is open to individuals aged 16 and older who are willing to share their experiences in a questionnaire. Your response will help us develop targeted information and support resources for those affected by cancer at a young age and their loved ones.

Participation is completely anonymous. The survey is available in 16 languages and only takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

We invite you to complete the survey using the link below and to share it with anyone who might be interested. This includes other survivors of cancer at a young age, their relatives, friends, and anyone who is close to them.
