
Cineca is a consortium composed of 118 institutions among Italian universities and public institutions. It is governed by a Board of Directors made up of rectors/delegates from the member universities and public bodies, along with a delegate from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of University and Research.
Cineca operates some of the most powerful supercomputers in Europe, providing computational resources for a wide range of scientific and industrial research projects. The consortium supports numerous research projects across various disciplines, including physics, chemistry, engineering, and life sciences. For the e-Quol project, Cineca is involved in several work packages focused on developing and adapting accessible and interoperable digital tools aimed at managing the health and well-being of young cancer survivors.
